Le Maitai - Recipe by Sarah Perrochon at Le Méridien


Ingredients

2mL Triple sec liquor
2mL Orgeat Syrup
1mL lime juice
6mL pineapple juice
1mL of spiced rum

Method

Use a shaker.

Bring all the ingredients together and shake. Serve with lots of ice and add a 10mL of spiced rum.

Decoration: one slice of pineapple and 2 pineapple leaves.
