Irish Flag Shot
Toast to the top of the morn' with this shot of creme de menthe, Irish cream and orange liqueur
50mL whiskey (Jameson or other Irish whiskey)
20mL freshly-squeezed lemon juice
10mL sugar syrup
1 egg white
4 dashes of bitters
Cherry or lemon twist for garnish
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add all your ingredients, shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with your choice of lemon or cherry.
