Strawberry, Prosciutto, Manchego and Honey Toasted Sandwich - Chef Recipe by Darren Purchese
This. Just. Works. Try it – I promise you will love it! Sweet, salty, crunchy and melty.
60 ml whiskey
1/2 a lime
90 ml ginger beer
Mint sprig, garnish
In a tumbler, add in a handful of ice, then pour over whiskey.
Squeeze the lime to release the juice right into the mug.
Top off with ginger beer and stir.
Garnish with fresh mint and enjoy!
