Ingredients: 45mL Widges Gin; 15mL Amaro Montenegro; 20mL fresh lemon juice; 15mL simple syrup; 1 dash eucalyptus; 10mL egg white

Ingredients

45mL Widges Gin
15mL Amaro Montenegro
20mL fresh lemon juice
15mL simple syrup
1 dash eucalyptus
10mL egg white

Method

Combine all ingredients, dry shake and shake with ice.

Double strain and serve it in a coupette glass.

Express lemon peel and garnish with Koala print.
