Greek Salad


4 ripe tomatoes
1 Lebanese cucumber
1 red onion
1 cup kalamata olives
Handful fresh mint leaves
Handful fresh basil leaves
Handful fresh oregano leaves
200g feta cheese
Dried oregano


To prepare salad vegetables; cut tomatoes into large wedges, cut cucumber into thick rounds, peel and cut onion into small wedges.

Put into salad bowl, add olives, mint, basil, oregano and toss.

Add slice of feta on top and sprinkle over oregano.

Serve with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
