Ginger Hop Cocktail - Recipe by Box on the Water

Ingredients

40mLO bodka
20mL ginger liqueur
15mL freshly juiced carrot
15mL East Coast lemon juice
15mL simple syrup
15mL aquafaba
Crack of salt from a shaker

Method

Ice glass to chill (we use 135mL Nude Savage Pony Glasses).

Add all ingredients to shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.

Remove ice from glass and fine strain into glass.

Garnish with a dehydrated lemon.
