40 ml Absinthe
Ice Cold Champagne
We suggest that you choose your favourite Absinthe and Champagne so you can fully enjoy the cocktail.
There are many ways to drink Absinthe, we'd suggest the water and sugar cube method with the 40 ml of absinthe to be quite enjoyable before adding the Champagne.
Pour absinthe into a Champagne flute.
Add chilled champagne until a milky cloud appears.
Serve with an orange rind.
