Dancing Fairy Cocktail - Recipe by Steampunk Surfers Paradise

Ingredients

Green Fairy Absinthe
Creme de cassis
Lychee Liqueur
Grenadine
Lime juice
Pineapple juice
Red Bull top up

Method

In a shaker, add in all the listed ingredients, leaving the Red Bull aside for last, give it a good shake.

In a highball glass, add ice and strain the cocktail over the ice.

Finish by topping it with Red Bull.

Skewer a dehydrated pineapple slice, pineapple leaf and marshmallow together for garnish.

For the finishing touch, torch the marshmallow and pineapple leaf to give off the sweet aroma.

Add dry ice to give the smokey illusion and enjoy!
