50mL measures Cointreau
25mL lime juice
Top up with sparkling mineral water
Add a handful of your favourite fruits
Muddle the lime in a high ball glass, add the Cointreau and top up with sparkling mineral water.
For a variation on sparkling mineral water, try this with tonic water or if you prefer a sweeter taste, use a high quality lemonade.
