60mL of Bourbon whiskey
2 bar spoons of very dark maple syrup (for its robust flavour)
2 fresh slices of red chilli
3 dashes of chocolate bitters
Ice
Muddle maple and chilli in a mixing glass.
Add whisky and plenty of ice.
Stir down for 20 seconds.
Strain over a large ice cube.
Garnish with 70% dark chocolate and a fresh chilli slice.
