One in a Melon - Recipe by Peel St Mixologist Darius Minuzzo
Every sip of this cocktail should be done in the sun with good friends!
45mL Woodford Reserve Bourbon
15mL peach liqueur
60mL brewed oolong tea
20mL peach syrup
15mL yuzu juice
1 lemon slice
1 sour peach lolly
Put all wet ingredients and a large scoop of ice into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
Strain the cocktail into a tall glass over cubed ice and top with a crushed ice cap.
Garnish with a lemon slice and peach lolly.
