Everyone’s favourite pork belly with a Coya twist!
in the heart of Darlinghurst.
60mL vodka
60mL pineapple juice
15mL Blue Curacao
15mL passionfruit syrup
1 squeeze fresh lime
Add all ingredients into a Boston shaker with ice.
Shake and strain into a coupe glass.
Garnish with twisted orange peel.
