Bianco Sour - Recipe by Davide Atamo and Charles Kumm



Ingredients

45mL Limoncello Contessa
15mL Four Pillars Gin
45mL lemon juice
25mL rosemary syrup
4 drops Wonderfoam

Method

Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
