Ingredients: 45mL Limoncello Contessa; 15mL Four Pillars Gin; 45mL lemon juice; 25mL rosemary syrup; 4 drops Wonderfoam

Serves: 1

Ingredients

45mL Limoncello Contessa
15mL Four Pillars Gin
45mL lemon juice
25mL rosemary syrup
4 drops Wonderfoam

Method

Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
