Ingredients: 45mL Larrikin Gin Sunburnt Country; 15ml Aperol; 15mL lemon myrtle syrup; 20mL lime juice; 20mL pineapple juice; 2 cm piece of ginger, muddled

15mL lemon myrtle syrup
20mL lime juice
20mL pineapple juice
2 cm piece of ginger, muddled

Method

Shake with ice, double strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a small stem of an Australian daisy.
