Passionate about serving incredible food at any destination, Cooper believes in living life in the most sustainable manner not only for the environment but also those living in it. Expect menus customised for each occasion, with plates such as seared King salmon lettuce cups, crispy onions, iceberg, carrot and fennel slaw; followed by slow-cooked Spring lamb, grilled asparagus, feta, spiced almonds, braised carrots and gravy.

Exceptional in every way!
Have had Wilderness Chef cook on many occasions such as workshops & weddings. The food is always incredible and exceptional service! Even having him for my own wedding! Cannot recommend enough.
