Bringing authentic Italian cuisine to Byron Bay, TERRA Catering crafts menus and dishes for every occasion. From canapés and cocktails to degustation dinners, TERRA presents fare with rustic style inspired by Pacific Ocean seafood and fresh regional produce, married with age-old Italian tradition. Experience epicurean delights from an oyster bar to charcuterie, pasta to steak, from contemporary menus created by Chef Bruno Conti, reflecting each individual brief. Taste tempters like crostini tuna sashimi, chilli, marjoram and olives, or lamb skewers, salsa verde, oregano and lemon; while for mains, think spicy grilled octopus, hummus and olives, or braised lamb shoulder, oregano and tzatziki. Sides of broccolini and smoked almonds, or Brussel sprouts and crispy prosciutto complete the meal.

Beyond incredible!
We had organized a birthday long lunch and absolutely everything was sensational. The food was delicious, well presented, plenty of it, perfectly timed and we would absolutely use Terra catering again. Bruno and his staff were so lovely and helpful. Drinks were always full and it went down without a hitch! Thank you Bruno and team, what a legend!

As a foodie I have to admit that the sensational variety of colours and taste magically brought to my own place by TERRA CATERING is simply sensational! The food quality was just at the top of the range same as service itself. I will say if you want to treat yourself with some truly authentic Italian meal go for the best! Go for TERRA CATERING!
Authentic, delicious Italian food
Bruno is an absolute expert in the ways of Italian food. I recently attended at party catered by TERRA and was impressed by the quality of food and attention to detail that the chef provided. My favorite dish was by far the beetroot risotto but to be completely honest there wasn't a single dish that I tried that I wouldn't recommend to others. Thanks, Bruno, and keep up the good work!

Authentic Fresh Italian Flavours with Impecable service
I have recently experienced chef Bruno's amazing creations at our work function. When I walked in, I couldn't believe all the assortments of dishes on the table and the beautiful aromas of Italy. Bruno was very conscious of all guests and made sure that everyone was very happy, it really did feel like an Italian family dining experience.The pork slider is my ultimate favourite, perfect amount of flavour and texture. The tomato base flavour of the pizza was very authentic and fresh. I'm sure i will ask him to cater my next function!

I'm a fan of Italian cuisine and Bruno offered a delicious experience. The quality was so fresh and the taste mouthwatering. Eating his focaccia made me reminisce about being in cinque terre eating focaccia by the sea side. Can't wait to have the chance to try his food again.
