Mad About Food Cooking School

Passionate foodie Sioban Sargent has been conducting cooking classes in Yallingup for 21 years and relishes sharing her love of Tuscan and Thai cuisine at Mad About Food Cooking School. Sioban’s cooking schools are hands-on, with everyone preparing six courses together, then sitting around the large dining table to enjoy a feast of Tuscan or Thai food. Having lived in Tuscany for many years, Sioan loves to share stories of the way of life she has been fortunate to experience in a rural town of Tuscany. She teaches traditional Tuscan recipes, including canapes, homemade pasta and gnocchi, slow-roasted meats, beautiful salads and desserts. Equally, she shares the same passion for Thai recipes, including amazing canapes, beautiful salads, delicious curries made from scratch and dessert.
