Having been previously disappointed by a visit to Ashgrove, I wondered if I should take the extra effort to travel to Bruny to visit this cheese manufacturer, I am so!! pleased that I did. My faith in Tasmanian cheeses was instantly restored. Very expensive, but fantastic!!!
