I loved that we had our very own station to work at. The classes are small which allows for more one on one time. Matt is so knowledgeable. All the ingredients were fresh and all cut up and ready for us to use so our time wasn't waisted. We cooked and ate 4 dishes each and I couldn't believe the flavours. I've since cooked these dishes at home with great success. Will definitely sign up for another one!
I took a Thai cooking class with Matt earlier in the year. A 100% hands on class that was enjoyed by all the participants. I still use the recipes today! Thanks Amytis Gardens!
