From seasonal menus showcasing sensational Queensland produce and fresh flavours, expect simple, elegant and delicious choices from à la carte and degustation options like salmon, beetroot, capers and mountain ash caviar. For the main affair, think dishes like duck breast, carrot and orange vincotta, or lamb, cucumber and sesame soy dressing, with duck fat potato, French cheese and honey; before a sweet finish of white chocolate, strawberry, ginger and lemongrass.

Great food, excellent presentation, very personable, very meticulous and leaves kitchen clean
Have been to several of Alan's private chef functions and his food has been excellently presented with great flavours. Recently had him prepare a dinner for 14 at our house and his menu was faultless. He was so obliging in catering for different dietary requirements, all of which were of the same impeccable standard. In addition it is such an easy experience- you only provide the venue, kitchen and cutlery and he does the rest including the dishes and leaving the kitchen perfect. No mess to deal with after!! The cost is hardly different to a fine dining experience at a restaurant and the experience is tops. The only complaint is that his reputation is so good it is now getting more difficult to find an available booking slot!! An experience not to be missed by those who love fine dining.

Food was fresh, flavour was well balanced and above! Unique experience representing the beauty of nature, local produces, how he presented each dishes was simple and so pretty. Highly recomend him!!

He is all about supporting the local farmers and growers and we cannot recommend him highly enough. He is so easy going and his food speaks for itself.
