Spectacular & unique cafe in Bondi
New cafes pop up all the time in Bondi, and while I like to try them all, rarely do I return to most of them. I've already been to Good One twice, and am planning my next visit! The service is impeccable; the staff are friendly without being intrusive. And the menu is truly unique. All the food is prepared with locally sourced ingredients and there are plenty of healthy options - so you don't have to feel guilty about eating out. :) I had the chicken cotoletta with the celeriac and radish salad while my partner had the homemade gnocchi with truffle ricotta & almonds. Both were awesome! And they have a whole menu dedicated to toast which I intend on making my way through (I've already tried the toast with broad beans, peas, mint and dukkah -- so good). Great new place - I'll be back again & again!
