I have dined at this Delightful Establishment a few times now. The cuisine is wonderful. Great Ambience. The service is attentive but not over the top like some other Restaurants. I am more than happy to recommend this Establishment.

Celebrating the region’s famed local produce and artisan goods, Maximilian’s menu boasts a seasonal display of innovative Mod Oz cuisine. Pair an award-wining wine choice from the Sidewood Cellar Door with a grazing plate of duck liver parfait, truffle butter, pickled cranberries and Melba toast before the main affair of confit duck leg with rhubarb, quinoa, plum gel, lavender honey, kale and jus.
