Then, prepare to be surprised by tantalising dishes that showcase the country’s finest produce – perhaps start with flatbreads topped in roasted field mushroom, caramelised onion, rocket and Parmesan or an entrée of crab, asparagus and fresh herb risotto with lemon cream.
