Those serious about fun and tasty nom’s head into Manly’s own Cuban institution, Havana Beach Café & Lounge Bar with the entrance on Victoria Parade. Radiating warmth with lively colours, inside the upstairs restaurant feels intimate with wall murals, bright scatter cushions and picturesque windows capturing the stunning Manly beach, while downstairs offers an energetic bar ambiance loaded with character and plenty of places to pull up a stool and relax with family and friends, while sipping a Cuban style mojito. An authentic Cuban menu is peppered with Mexican favourites, full of fresh, zesty flavours as seen in breakfast hits of avocado salsa with lime, coriander and queso fresco on multigrain or stop by later for sautéed prawns flambéed in white wine, garlic and lime with black pepper.
