Diving on the Fraser Coast

An exciting combination of wrecks, drop offs and coral creations call both beginner and advanced divers to head to the waters of Hervey Bay to explore and adventure. Big Woody Island and Little Woody Island both have impressive coral and rock formations for diving, home to an abundance of marine life, with Roy Rufus Artificial Reef accumulating a myriad of turtles, sea snakes, stingrays and fish. The K'Gari ship wreck is great to dive around, 43 metres in length, with the hulls of the Otter, Lass and Pelican ships - also known as the Three Ships - a diving hotspot.
