Nothing flash but you do have a choice of rooms from very basic singles/double/family rooms with shared bathroom upto their refurbished ensuite rooms which offer a little more comfort. Breakfast is provided at the restaurant next door but you are better off giving this a miss as there are heaps of places nearby where you will do better. Pool, Spa and Sauna are a bonus and onsite bar. For the price the location, just a few steps from Swanston Street is outstanding.
