Old & dated motel turned into an apartment. Place was specious with renovated kitchen (missing an oven/grill). Fridge was from early 80's, missing door shelf, but it worked. :)
Main bedroom had a smell about it (rotten fish) and as we opened the couch in the living area to set it up as a bed it was dirty and mattress was stained.
We have called the guy that was looking after this place and after about an hour he showed up. He was apologetic and organised a replacement (CLEAN) bed.
So I guess he tried, but would never stay there again. We had paid almost $1500 for 6 nights :((.
