About The Larder Kitchen
A popular meeting spot for a morning coffee catch-up with friends or a cheeky afternoon cocktail, head to The Larder Kitchen on Esplanade in Victor Harbor to refuel and refresh after a day exploring the McLaren Vale region. This local eatery brings fresh and vibrant Mod Oz cuisine to the plate from char-grilled steaks to slow-cooked meat, zesty salads and sustainable seafood; enjoy small plates like lemon zest squid with Asian salad, sesame oil, chilli, ginger, vinegar dressing and aioli. Those with heartier appetites pair a glass of white wine with linguine frutti di mare – prawns, pipis, black mussels and squid, sautéed in white wine, garlic, olive oil and fresh tomato – or slow-cooked Moroccan lamb shoulder, seasonal vegetables, rosemary and garlic potatoes and red wine jus.

Yummy Lunch
Our third visit to Larder Kitchen, and it did not disappoint. Although very busy the staff were attentive knowledgeable and our meals arrived beautifully presented and timely. Delicious five spice Pork was so good, the mini waffle peanut butter brownie with salted caramel ice cream ws to die for. Lovely lunch and lovely people.
