Mark , assistant venue manager, looked after us on check in , then we saw him again at dinner and he led us to the “Local Tasman Platter” . It was fantabulous. King George whiting, coffin bay oysters, local mussels, etc. should I recommend the Grand Tasman? Yes, it was a pleasure being here . We were well looked after .
