Beware! Managers from hell! Booked for 2 weeks, received receipt for deposit stating 6 adults (60 odd and 40 odd years), emailed to advise adults and 5 and 7 yr old children/14 mnth baby. Paid full balance on arrival, receipt again stated 6 adults. Son came from Bris to bring sleeping bag so 5 yr old could sleep in parents room owing to nightmares. Son ended up staying 2 nights (thought it OK as receipt said 6 adults and we totalled 5 adults). Rang Manager on Friday night before due to leave asking if could rent for extra night and told to pay $100 for extra person. I refused, Manager knocked on our door at 7pm on the Friday ranting and raging that we were to be evicted there and then in front of the 2 young boys {video available}. Then went back and charged our credit card the $100 even though they were told they were not permitted to. The boys were traumatised and it took until 11pm to settle them down as they were immensely frightened of the scary man coming back. The cost per night for 6 adults was $150 yet they charged $50 per night for one to sleep in the young boy's bed. NEVER WILL RETURN!
