Yesterday four of us tasted the range of beautiful Pressing Matters rieslings, and their elegant pinot noir and we were blown away! First, we were sitting in the lovely, intimate tasting room overlooking the valleys of Tea Tree.... understated and just perfect! Don't change anything! One of the owners, Michelle, led us through the tasting, which was the most interesting and informative experience we have had in Tasmania. But the wines spoke for themselves... they are magnificent and it is so easy to see why they are multi-award winning. It was impossible for us not to buy some.
