Collector Wines

Producing a boutique collection of award-winning table wines, Collector Wines’ cellar door garners popularity located in the Southern Tablelands region of NSW. Homed by a charming stone building circa 1890, this cellar door radiates old world rusticity with open country surrounds and a wood fire crackling away through winter, creating a cosy ambience well-suited to sipping at a glass of wine. Known for producing Shiraz, Sangiovese and Marsanne varietals as well as Chardonnay, each wine is handmade to ensure balance, character and depth of flavour from grapes grown and harvested in the region. Allow tastes to linger on the tongue, perhaps the fragrant bouquet of dark cherry, blackberry, pepper and aniseed of the Marked Tree Red Shiraz before heading next door to “Some Café” for a meal.
