Named in honour of the owners’ grandparents, Noi Goulburn on Auburn Street delivers modern Vietnamese fare to tempt all palates. An industrial-style fit out of recycled timber, polished concrete, potted greenery and authentic accents makes for the ideal vibe to chill out over traditional offerings from pho bo to banh mi rolls and memorable mains. Handcrafted crispy pork dumplings and sweet soy dipping sauce are a great way to start, or perhaps Asian marinated fried chicken wings and chilli dipping sauce, moving onto braised beef stew cooked in coconut water, lemongrass, turmeric, carrots, tomatoes, spice, onions, herbs and lime. Chow down on a crackling pork baguette sandwich with chicken pâté, mayo, pickled carrot, herbs, cucumber and special sauce, washed down with an iced milk coffee.
