New Japanese Yakitori joint in Haberfield
This shop is always crowded, so you should make your booking ASAP by phone or txt. Beautiful Japanese interior and lovely hall staff. Food (especially Yakitori !) everything are great and I ate Tororo yaki (greated mountain yam, red ginger and squid on the hot ceramic plate) is new experience in my life ever, Kani tenshinhan(Golden thicken chicken soup with King crab meat on the rice) is the best dish in my life ! Also Yaki onigiri with Jin soup (grilled rice ball) is charcoal grilled flavor and try to dunk in the soup !! The chef grills So so many kind of Yakitori and Kushiyaki in front of you ! That is skillful and awesome open kitchen show ! While drinks that is nice Japanese sake selection and Japanese umesyu(plum wine), Japanese whiskey and shochu. but best thing is fresh asahi tap beer with beautiful Yakitori ! it makes you drank and feel like in Osaka, Japan. You don't need to visit toJapan, Need to go to Haberfield now !!
