Have been long term visitors to Merimbula and always try to get to wheelers. After 20 years the new chief has given it a lift

Since moving down the Far South Coast..approx 15 years ago.. there is no better restaurant to dine at for top class food especially seafood, the service is always first class, great wine and drinks menu...PLUS on top of all that they have magnificent takeaway....love it

Amazing!!!
We couldn’t get enough, One of the best restaurants I’ve been to! Oysters were amazing, tiger prawns & linguini were amazing!!! Staff were really accommodating. Can’t wait to come back!

Went to wheelers for my birthday dinner. The place has a buzzy, smart casual atmosphere and the service was excellent- friendly, attentive, professional. The fresh oysters were absolutely stunning, fresh and sweet. The mains were ok, we had the risotto and pasta, nothing to write home about but very big portions. The staff then surprised us with a birthday candle etc with dessert which was a nice touch.
