The Gunyah
Paperbark Camp, 571 Woollamia Road, Huskisson NSW
About The Gunyah
The Gunyah (aboriginal for meeting place, or place of shelter) is at the heart of the camp. Designed by Sydney architects, Nettleton Tribe, it is a chic space built high off the ground to enjoy the sea breeze and a wonderful position amongst the treetops. In Summer, the sliding doors open up for outdoor dining on the verandah, providing a bushy backdrop from which to enjoy meals and observe the goings-on of our resident possums, sugar gliders and birds. Menu may include: Currarong Kingfish, peas, Jamon Serrano, calamari and pea veloute. Scallops, prawns, green tea pearls, wakame, wasabi, daikon and roast squid consomme.
