Enjoy a cocktail and a selection of canapes before entering through the leafy entrance of the tree into a collection of natural living rooms, each decked out with stunning table settings to experience a magical feast of the senses. Start with hiramasa, yuzu kosho, fig leaf and coastal greens, followed by shio koji marinated beef, kelp, fresh foraged salad and local potatoes, enjoyed with a glass of red.
