Our work team enjoyed a High Tea at the Balcony Restaurant.
The care and attention to detail was appreciated - we had generous servings for gluten free, vegetarian and standard, with each platter equivalent and beautifully presented.
The process of booking was very easy and we consider the event value for money, particularly with the bottomless tea service and inclusion of individual coffee and tea orders.

We love the Balcony... everything from the food flavours to the friendly owners and attentive staff. The space is unique and cool with excellent air-conditioning. We go to celebrate special occasions, to catch up with friends, family or just because... we don't need a reason to enjoy The Balcony.

This is my favourite restaurant to have lunch in Townsville. So many restaurants to choose from but this one the food is faultless in my opinion. Never tasted Risotto as good as theirs...so much more though. Havent been there for Breakfast as yet but menu looks delish.

Excellent family experience
4 adults, 2 kids, all enjoyed delicious breakfast yesterday. Total range of meals from chilli eggs, to avo sourdough, to Belgian waffles. Everything was perfect. Love the choices of sides meaning if you want a delicious meal but not too huge…it’s all yours. Great service all round. Will definitely go back.

I have only been here for breakfast, the big breakfast is not for the feint hearted so be warned, its pretty big, the breakfasts are lovely and im sure we will be back again in the coming months to try the lunches.
