Food was good, Wife thoroughly enjoyed her Risotto. I enjoyed my Burger. But had to wait about 10-15 mins to be served. There were 4 cooks, 1 dishwasher, 1 gentleman acting as Greeter/Cashier/waiter, 1 gentleman waiting/bussing, 1 lady at the bar/waiting/bussing. The place was about 3/4 full with about 5 tables outside being used also. There were people in before us that hadn't been served and were still waiting after we had been. This was about 1pm on a Wednesday afternoon, at the Fountain Gate restaurant. Will go back but really hope they have some extra staff on.
