About Submarine Cafe
Submarine Café sits quietly in Holbrook on Raymond Street, its architecture evoking a breezy, maritime whisper amid leafy surrounds. Just beside the iconic HMAS Otway submarine, its sloping roof and wide windows draw in natural light, offering views out to parkland greenery. Inside, light timber tones, clean lines and nautical touches hint at ocean voyages - yet the atmosphere feels warm, intimate and welcoming. Outside, a covered deck invites guests to linger under filtered sun, the air rich with the aromas of freshly brewed coffee and baked delights. Start your day the right way with eggs Benedict, smoked salmon, cheese and Hollandaise sauce; join a lively later crowd for grilled salmon with lemon dill sauce and a gourmet salad, or chicken and mushroom fettuccine in a herb cream sauce.

Hands down the best cafe ever! All food is prepared FRESH at time of order. So delicious and made with care.
Worth leaving the bypass road to visit this cafe just for the coffee alone. The omeletts in particular, are extraordinary.
