I went here a little while ago. I ordered my steak medium minus (More on the medium side of medium rare) with the exception of one other place i've never had it done right, yet here they hit the nail on the head. Beautiful restaurant and service is quite good too. Look forward to popping back next time i'm in Ballarat
I was there last week end for dinner with friends and I love my meat.I order it my steak medium to raw and i can tell you that was the most juicy steak I had for long time well done to the chef!!!!!the rest go there and fund out you not be disappointed!!!!
