Modern eatery meets Italian deli at Sirculo on Ward Place in Dural, creating a social hub for family and friends which oozes Mediterranean charm with a twist. Celebrity Chef Josh Sama has teamed up with multi-hatted Chef Avik Kanjilal to present this chic and unique space, where cool green tones blend with blond wood and an abundance of natural light, to set the scene for leisurely dining from morning to night. Stop by early and delve into a porchetta breakfast roll, with fried eggs, nduja mayo, house pickled slaw and smoked apple relish on a seeded roll; while those dropping by later may be enticed by linguine with fresh tuna crudo, confit garlic, chilli, capers, lemon and fresh herbs. Don’t forget to grab some deli specials like truffled salami and buffalo mozzarella on the way out.

Avik is one of my fav Chefs.
Been following him since Blue Orange days in Bondi. SirCulo has definitely added a feather on his hat. For me this is the best restaurant in hills and deserves recognition.
