About Sirculo
Modern eatery meets Italian deli at Sirculo on Ward Place in Dural, creating a social hub for family and friends, which oozes Mediterranean charm with a twist. Celebrity Chef Josh Sama has teamed up with multi-hatted Chef Avik Kanjilal to present this chic and unique space, where cool green tones blend with blond wood and an abundance of natural light, to set the scene for leisurely dining from morning to night. Stop by early and delve into poached eggs, avocado, beetroot hummus, goats’ curd, cherry tomatoes and za’atar; while those dining later may be enticed by red wine braised short ribs, garlic mash and balsamic eschalots, paired with a glass of Riesling or Montepulciano. Don’t forget to grab some deli specials like truffled salami and buffalo mozzarella on the way out.
