Settle Gretel Café on McLeod Road in Carrum is all dressed up and bubbling with excitement to join the local daily caffeine routine. A cool pale pink and aqua vibe sets the tone for lingering over a Four Rascals latté, either alfresco watching the world pass by, or indoors where fresh blooms and softly glowing globes blend seamlessly with blond wood table settings. Expect breaky tempters like Mexican eggs, served with beans, tomato, roasted capsicum, bacon, onion, herbs and Parmesan, or delve into smashed avocado, feta and mushroom.
