Of all the places I've dined, Rubicon has to be my absolute favourite. Despite being a busy night, my wife and I were made to feel like the only patrons in the restaurant. One of the main things that keeps us coming back is the menu. A lot of high level restaurants we've been to only have the one vegetarian option for entree/main. Rubicon has several, so my wife isn't restricted in what she can eat. Each dish we have tried has been a triumph. I was close to licking the plate, fearing that I might otherwise lose the memory of the flavours. Will definitely head back!

This is my partner and I 6th visit and to date was the most well rounded experience. We enjoyed the most wonderful three course meals. The Octopus and Pork Belly entree was perfect. The beef cheek and oven roasted gnocchi (entree size) was delicious. And to finish off we had the apple tarte tatin and the choc mousse steamed date cake with cream which topped our evening. We washed this all down with a lovely half bottle of the Wirra Wirra Churchblock Cab, Shiraz, Merlot. The service was friendly and timely, the food piping hot, tasty and met all of our expectations.
