Be welcomed by a towering front timber door into a warm and welcoming interior of rich timber flooring, ambient background music, a centre bar abundant in liquor and wine bottles and exposed brick walls where Roman family air loom copper pots hang. Owner Matteo Margiotta created Pino’s, named after his father, as an extension of his own home kitchen, offering an ever changing seasonal and traditional menu plated with panache, crafting dishes like the mushroom risotto with parmigiano cream and yarrow leaf and the signature octopus, potatoes, black garlic and pancetta, perfectly paired with an Italian Pinot Grigio.
