We love going to Pilu for specials occasions, the food is delicious and the waitstaff are friendly and attentive.

Loved this restaurant. To be balanced, the menu is not cheap, the food portions were not massive, and as mentioned by another reviewer, the carpark does not add to the ambience.
With that out of the way, I loved it. Right on the beach, beautiful gardens and dining area! My experience on the day I went there was of a waiter who was very attentive and was well acquainted with the menu. I had the various cuts of oven roasted suckling pig which was delicious and my wife had a dish with the lightly battered zuchinni flowers and squid and prawns and this was imaginative and tasty also. The meal offered was different from what is often found in cafe's and restaurants (even the good ones) and I was able to encounter a meal without the normal frame of reference - the sardinian fried pastry with ricotta, sultanas and warm honey was something different for me - loved it!
Look forward to going back - Just going to have to save up...
