Lamb Rump - Exquisite
The lamb rump was a showstopper. Cooked to a flawless medium-rare, the meat was tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor. The chef clearly understands balance—each bite carried the richness and tenderness of the lamb, the flavour was complemented by the plates paired elements Caponata {Eggplant; tomato; onion; olive oil et al}. Each mouthful was elegant and so very tasty.
I had to get an additional bread roll after the main so I could get every last morsel from the plate.
I spoilt myself adding a fine SA Shiraz from Hentley Farm.
Final Verdict
I will return!

Superb New Italian Restaurant in Pokolbin
We have dined at Pescara on a number of occasions and have been delighted each time. Superb service and stylish ambience combine with seriously good food to ensure a happy experience. Restaurant co-owner and Chef Kelvin Foster and his team consistently produce a masterful, delicious menu with a strong Italian influence. This restaurant has quickly become one of our firm favourites.
Loved the handmade pasta. Both our meals were tasty fresh and well presented. Really hoping the owners will run more pasta making workshops soon.
