Set among the vineyards on Palmers Lane in Rothbury, Entwine Hunter Valley is a fresh and exciting take on food and wine in the heart of one of Australia's most beloved wine regions — social, relaxed and distinctly Hunter in every way. Thursday to Sunday from 10:30am, roam freely across Calais Estate, Allandale Wines, Stomp! Wines and De Bortoli Wines — following gourmet food trucks and pairing outstanding bites with exceptional local drops. Friday and Saturday evenings from 5:30pm, the trucks gather at Calais Estate for a lively Food Hub of street eats, regional wines, beers and live music. A fire pit, indoor and outdoor seating and a family and dog-friendly atmosphere ensure everyone is warmly welcomed.
