Beautiful interesting and flavoursome food
Percy Plunkett is a great cafe right in the middle of Penrith. It has a very unique and attractive atmosphere and the staff are friendly and accomodating...especially one of the managers Lucas! He was so professional and efficient. I had the carrot and sweet corn fritters and they were tasty, fresh and interesting. So many flavours and such an attractive meal! I would highly recommend this great cafe.
