Step into a world of classic elegance and modern sophistication at this European-inspired restaurant nestled in The Riverine Club, where a custom-built charcoal oven and rustic approach to food sees the very best quality ingredients delivered to your plate, along with expertly paired wines. Start your culinary journey with cured kingfish, golden beets, wattleseed and verjuice butter, or roasted leeks, wood-smoked cream and hazelnut; before tantalising mains such as Riverina lamb shoulder, wilted greens, garlic and pine nuts, best enjoyed with a glass of red. Finish indulgently with bitter orange parfait, milk crumbs, gin marmalade and meringue.

Best dining experience in regional NSW, possibly top 3 ever.
The feel from entry until fixing the bill and leaving is first class with stylishly selected decor and high end feel. Service is attentive and on site sommelier offers great knowledge for food/wine pairing. Now the food!! The menu is carefully designed with options for the best local produces from the Riverina, a region well known for its high quality produce, and topped off with the marquee option of 800g 28 day dry aged rib eye that is delivered from a unique charcoal oven. I attended in a group of 4 and found entree, main and desert options all to be cooked to perfection and full of flavour highlighted with the flavours of the charcoal oven. Cannot recommend high enough to take a visit.
